RazorPay charges fees for services, which may change with notice. Merchants must resolve customer disputes and implement security measures. RazorPay is not liable for indirect damages and may terminate services if terms are violated.

Merchants must register with accurate information and keep accounts secure. Any unauthorized use or security breaches must be reported immediately. The use of RazorPay's intellectual property requires prior written consent. Both parties can terminate the agreement with notice, and RazorPay reserves the right to refuse service or cancel transactions at its discretion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel an order, customers should contact the merchant directly. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days and can be tracked using Razorpay's Refund Tracker. Instant refunds, available to eligible merchants, can be processed in minutes via the Razorpay Dashboard or API. Razorpay sends email notifications with tracking details for refunds. If disputes arise, customers can escalate issues through their bank, which will work with Razorpay to resolve them. Merchants must be live on Razorpay's platform to enable instant refunds. A small fee is charged for processing instant refunds.
